EdSystems provides AI-powered admissions agents to private K-12 schools. Our technology handles inbound and outbound voice calls, SMS conversations, and web chat on behalf of partner schools. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our services.

All voice interactions with EdSystems agents are recorded and transcribed. You are notified of recording at the beginning of every call. Our admissions agents are powered by artificial intelligence. They are not human. A human admissions staff member is available via transfer during school business hours.
We send SMS messages only with your consent or in response to your inquiry, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent is obtained and documented by the partner school before EdSystems initiates any outbound SMS contact on their behalf. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply. Our SMS services are registered through A2P 10DLC for compliance with carrier requirements.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties except the subprocessors that deliver messaging on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Raw call recordings and personally identifiable information are destroyed within ninety (90) days of capture, after de-identified data has been extracted to improve our models. We retain de-identified, aggregated data — which cannot be traced back to you — on a perpetual basis to improve our AI agents for all schools.
Contact information and admissions records are retained for as long as the partner school maintains an active relationship with EdSystems, or as required by applicable law.
EdSystems operates as a service provider to partner schools under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The partner school is the FERPA-covered educational institution and the data controller for student records. EdSystems accesses student information solely to perform admissions services at the school's direction and does not disclose education records beyond what is necessary to operate those services.
EdSystems communicates exclusively with parents and legal guardians, not with students. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Student names and grade levels are provided to us by parents during the admissions inquiry process.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. Deletion requests will be honored except where retention is required by law or necessary for our legitimate business interests.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
